Hillary's offers shipping options that get your gifts to their destinations as soon as possible. Your gifts may be shipped by UPS or FedEx (signature required) to all U.S. and international street addresses. Orders to PO boxes and APO addresses will be delivered by the U.S. Postal Service.

• Ground: 2-8 business days (based on destination) after in-house production is complete, excluding holidays
• 3-Day Select: 4 business days after in-house production is complete, excluding holidays (priced on dimensional weight)
• Second-Day Air: 2 business days after in-house production is complete, excluding holidays (priced on dimensional weight)
• Overnight Air: Next business day after in-house production, excluding holidays (priced on dimensional weight)
• U.S. Postal Service: 2-8 business days (based on destination), including Saturday, but excluding holidays

You may send gifts to different addresses by using our multiple gift capability. It is a simple process using a single checkout for all of the gifts you wish to send.

Returns

Personalized gifts may not be returned unless the item is defective. If an item has been incorrectly personalized due to our error, we are happy to replace it. If the product arrives damaged, please follow the instructions (included in the top of each box) for placing a damage claim.
