Mindfulness Indicator

Our custom mindfulness indicator card is science driven and an easy way to understand how you are managing your stress. 

Designed by Dr. Alfred Barrios, a clinical psychologist. The front of the card has a chip built into it set to activate to different colors based on one’s body temperature and measures current state of mind. 

When in a “mindful” state the blood vessels are at the extremities (fingertips), which makes those areas warmer. Then feeling anxious or stressed, the blood vessels move inward, making extremities (fingertip) cooler. 

This card can help the user identify how they are managing stress and by using the ideas on the back of the card can move through highly effective quick relaxation techniques to return to a “mindful” state-of-mind.
